Name the game
Include the name of the game and the page address where you noticed the issue. Similar games can use different rules or controls. The address bar is the easiest place to copy the game link. A clear description makes review easier.
Describe what happened
When preparing your message, remember: Describe the actions leading to the problem, the result you expected and the result you saw. Keep the sequence in the order it happened. Mention whether you started a fresh round or continued one. One complete report is better than repeated short submissions.
Keep private details out
To help us understand your message, please note: Do not send passwords, PINs, payment information or sensitive personal details. A game report normally needs only the page, device and sequence of actions. Remove private information from any description you copy. Mention the page involved when relevant.
